Welcome Back!

Our studio is open again, although things may feel a bit different. What can you expect when you return to the studio?

We have introduced some COVID-19 preventive measures to keep everyone safe.

*Class sizes are reduced and each student will have their own “bubble” marked out on the floor with tape

*The studio will be closed in between classes to be cleaned and sanitized

*Class times have been extended in some cases to allow for more training time when in studio

*You will have to wear a mask to and from the studio. It can be removed when in your “bubble”

*You will need to wash your hands, have your temperature taken and sign a COVID-19 waiver before entering the studio

*You will need to bring your own equipment: pole cloth for wiping the pole, mat, grip and anything else you may need

*As always, there will be no pole sharing (or sharing of any other equipment)

Ease back into your pole routine!

*You may feel weaker! Take your time and the strength will return. Be proud of showing up to work on your goals and take pride in the wins! We have multiple conditioning classes, both in-studio and virtually to help you build back that strength!

*You may feel stiff and less flexible! It may feel rusty getting back on the pole, but it will get easier! Stretch out those muscles to help reduce stiffness. We have multiple flexibility classes, both in-studio and virtually to help you work on those flexibility goals!

We are excited to see you in the studio! 

And if you’re not ready to join us back in-studio, we’ve kept virtual classes so you can continue to work out at home.
