Not for the faint of heart! We sourced out and strung up some heavy duty chains that make your splits and tricks look badass.

This workshop is for those who are new to chains, or need a refresher. Since they resemble hammock, you'll notice some crossover without the comfy feel of fabric cradling you.

Attire: Long-sleeved shirts and pants are mandatory. Feel free to bring layers, socks, and gloves (rubber or pvc style for added grip)

Elevate your favourite heels tricks by adding specific techniques and stylistic elements to achieve strong dynamic entrances, flippy exits and beautifully executed kip landings.

This workshop offers specific training on how to condition your body, as well as how to utilize all functional parts of your Pleaser heels. Then, learn trick and transition pathways rooted in Russian Flow that will be executed in a unique style.

This workshop will give you all your shapes, tricks and flow with your fav accessory: shoes! Expect to review some of the basics with your footwear and “link” together sequences and spins (fast ones!) with a new costume element.

Prerequisites: Chains Foundation workshop or prior experience required.
