Cancellation Policy
When you reserve your spot in a class, 1 credit is deducted from your drop-in card. If you cancel early, at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class, that drop-in card credit will be placed back on your account.
If a class is canceled by UV the credit will be placed back on your account.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the scheduled class) and absences will use one drop-in card credit.
Membership holders: a $5 late cancellation fee will be charged for a late cancel (less than 12 hours before the scheduled class) and the credit is returned to your account.
For unlimited membership holders: a $5 late cancellation fee will be charged for a late cancel (less than 12 hours before the scheduled class)
No-Show Fee of $10 will be charged to those who do not show up to class and do not cancel in advance. To avoid this fee be sure to cancel 12 hours before class.
Late Cancellation and No Show Fees apply to ALL membership types and drop-in card holders.
Be sure to cancel early if you can't make it! Our cancellation policy is 12 hours before class time.
*Please do not call the studio to cancel a reservation. Please email info@uvpolefitness.com if our online systems are not working. All cancellations must be completed online.
Terms & Conditions
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees are subject to HST and are in CAD. Fees are subject to change. Once a purchase is placed, we cannot change or alter your package, service or product.
Purchases cannot be extended, refunded, returned, paused, exchanged, shared or transferred. Virtual classes and in-studio classes cannot be substituted for one another. Purchases cannot be upgrade or changed to a different package or purchase option even for a fee.
Expiry dates apply for all classes.
Single class, rental, practice or virtual class expires 14 days from purchase.
All memberships expire 30 days from first class. Autopay is charged monthly for a total of 3 months, unless otherwise specified.
5-class drop-in expires 3 months from first class, 10-class drop-in expires 5 months, from first class, 15-class drop-in expires 8 months from first class
1 hour private expires one month from purchase, 3 hours expires 2 months from purchase, 5 hours expires 3 months from first class, 10-class expires 6 months from first class
PLEASE NOTE ALL EXPIRY DATES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO USE YOUR PACKAGE UP WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME.
To reserve your place and register for a class, you must sign up via our website or mobile app (MindBody Connect). At the start of class, unreserved spots will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
Payment is due upon registration. We do not accept unpaid bookings.
If you are late, you will lose your spot in the class.
Please inform/remind your instructor prior to class of any injuries or physical restrictions.
Anyone wishing to participate in classes at Ultra Violet Pole and Cirque is required to sign a Waiver of Liability. Participants must be 18 years of age or older in order to sign the waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must contact the studio before signing up for class.
Autopay is available to all clients. Autopay cannot be paused, exchanged, transferred, refunded or shared, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Autopay cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Autopay participants are subject to late cancel and no show fees listed above.
Refund Policy

Workshop Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions. Refunds will only be given if UV is unable to meet our commitment to deliver a workshop. Workshops do not have a cancellation policy. Purchasing a workshop means you are committed to attending. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Intro Deals
Intro deals are applicable to new clients only and can only be used for Beginner 1 and 2 classes, Dance classes, and Flexibility classes
Only one intro deal per person
No refunds, exchanges, pauses, or extensions. Please respect our policies
Cancellation policies apply. Late cancellations will lose the class credit. No shows are subject to losing the credit
Intro deals are subject to change and evolution over time. If you purchase an intro deal, you have one year from purchase date to start it. Once you start taking classes it expires 14 days from your first class
Intro deals are subject to posted expiry dates, please check yours before purchasing
Virtual Studio Policies

PLEASE NOTE virtual classes are now referred to as MATRIX on our schedule!
Online classes on our schedule are via zoom. A link to your class will be included in your class confirmation email. If you do not receive the link 15 minutes before class, please contact us
Classes are booked in EST
Registration for class opens up 5 days before class time. You must register for class in order to reserve your spot and receive a link to class
For safety reasons, you must keep your camera on during virutal classes. There are no exceptions to this rule. We value your safety.
Photos and recording of classes are not permitted. If you wish to receive the recording of class, please let us know! We will send it over.
Please cancel your online class 6 hours before class time. Late cancellations will result in a $5 charge for membership holders. Drop-in card/single class pass holders will lose their class. Note that this cancellation policy is different from our in-studio policy.
No shows for online classes will result in a $10 charge for membership holders. Drop-in card/single class pass holders will lose their class
Please be safe while training at home. You should never be training inverts or on an apparatus alone. Please ensure your equipment is properly rigged and up to safety codes. Rigging from trees or questionable rigging is not permitted, and you will be asked to leave class if your equipment does not look safe to your instructor.
AUTOPAY
Autopay is charged to your credit card monthly
Choosing to purchase autopay means you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. Please read carefully
Autopay is charged to your card indefinitely. Charges will continue monthly until you cancel
Cancellations MUST come in writing (via email) a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the date you wish to cancel. Please wait for a reply confirming the cancellation from us and be sure everything is in writing for your reference
Each autopay contract has a 3-month minimum. Choosing autopay means you agree to pay for 3 consecutive months with no pauses, transfers, refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your auotpay subscription once you reach the 3-month point
Each autopay contract is subject to class limitations such as number of classes per month for in-studio, and each class is subject to class and space availability
Autopay users are subject to cancellation and no show fees. Paying a fee for late canceling or no showing for a class means your class will be placed back on your account for use. Please note this is applicable to autopay memberships only
You will be charged every 30 days. All classes and practice expire within 30 days so please be sure to use all in-studio class credits within the allotted time
Autopay includes two (2) bi-annual pauses (one pause per 6 month period). Each pause has a max of 14 days. Please note, you MUST have at least 5 payments of autopay completed in your contract to qualify for ONE pause.
