OUR STUDIOS
At UVPC we have two wonderful spaces to create and host your next events. Each studio space is $69 + tax, per hour. We also host external workshops with an hourly rate of $75+tax, per hour. Events are $100+t per hour. Take a look below for more information like amenities for each studio.
Pole Studio
This studio is perfect for shoots, rehearsal, or your own personal training for all your pole needs!
Equipped with 8 Chrome, 45mm spinning and static poles
Ceiling height just under 12 feet.
Mirrors that line the wall
Moody lighting available upon request to give it that special touch!
Crash mats are available to keep you feeling safe and confident
Bluetooth speaker to set the mood
Approximately 900 square feet of usable space
No windows or natural light.
Hardwood floors.
Aerial Studio
This studio is great for those looking for natural light with an industrial style.
Gorgeous west-facing studio with two large garage-style industrial doors that open out to the roof.
Add some greenery to your project with our plants surrounding the perimeter.
Bluetooth speaker available.
Big and bright windows to get that natural light
Approximately 900 square feet of open space.
The ceiling has a 14 feet clearance height.
Hardwood floors
Please note, we do not have curtains for the windows

Looking to host your next event? Our space is perfect for small-scale parties, celebrations and more! With our open, airy and picture-perfect space we can make your special occasion magical and unforgettable. Take a look at some events and projects that were hosted in our space.
Add an artistic flair to your event and book an acrobatic performer! Please note, UV has limited furniture, no kitchen amenities or storage space. Many items and plants cannot be moved for events and studio rentals.

UVPC Rental FAQs
Our studio is inclusive and welcoming to all people. We have a few stipulations when renting, please read the following information so we are all on the same page.
Rentals cannot be used to run your own group fitness, pole or aerial classes unless approved by management or you have been booked to run a workshop. Please note workshops and/or classes are $75+t per hour per room, or a split rate with the studio. Private lessons are acceptable for max of one student
Max of 60 people per room for small events and/or meetings, 20 per room for shoots
Payment must be made in advance in order to confirm booking
There are no refunds. Renters can reschedule with a minimum of one week’s notice, subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. Renters must reschedule within 30 days of their original booking
Some of our plants and items such as permanently-mounted poles cannot be moved for any rental.
Please inform our staff ahead of time if you require rigging or equipment to be moved for your rental.
There is a freight elevator available for use. We are located on the second floor. Please contact our staff if you need assistance
Free street parking is available on Campbell, Antler and Symington. Please follow posted signage
Rental Rate: $69+ tax per hour, per room. *specialty rates apply for workshops and events
