No finish line! The creativity is endless and always replenishing. There is always a new adventure!
What do you love sharing with your students?
The best moments are when achievement is shared. Seeing others create, challenge themselves, and meet goals is so wonderful. Nothing is better than your community boosting you up!
What makes you feel sexy and/or good about yourself? (Mood, music, clothing, etc)
Nothing like your favourite song played loud when nobody else is home :)
What is your fav move (on or off apparatus)?
Anything with a forward rotation!
What is your fav grip aid?
Rosin on the dry days, otherwise a little spritz of water can go a long way!

Any advice for newbies?
Stick with it! I often hear people say they’re waiting to get strong to come to class. Coming to class will get you strong! Embrace that feeling of not being ready and get your butt to class!
