3-4:30 Spin-venture (beg-adv): Spin pole is always an adventure because you get to show the audience a 360 view of some gorgeous shapes. We'll cover some trendy, unique and creative flows in this class on spin! Make sure you can climb and invert on spin before coming.

5-6:30 Advanced Tricks and Combos: Come learn some cool combos and transitions on both spin and static pole. We'll be playing with a variety of strength and "fake flexibility" moves. Make sure you have a handspring (any grip) and know spin basics before attending!
